Air Arabia is a low-cost airline based in the United Arab Emirates, founded in 2003.

It is owned by a consortium of investors, including the Sharjah government and private shareholders.

Renowned for its reliability and good value for money, it is often considered a good airline, particularly popular with budget travellers.

The fleet consists mainly of Airbus A320s, renowned for their efficiency and comfort on short- and medium-haul flights.

Air Arabia is not part of the Emirates Group, as it operates independently, although both airlines are based in the United Arab Emirates.
