Air Dolomiti is an Italian airline founded in 1989.

It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group, benefiting from the support and synergies of the German aviation giant.

Air Dolomiti is owned by Germany, as a subsidiary of Lufthansa, and is not part of Star Alliance, although it has partnership agreements with other alliance member airlines.

It is still in business, operating mainly regional and domestic flights in Italy, as well as international flights to other European destinations.
